Shipping Policy  

At Lavelle Spices, we are committed to delivering your order in a safe and timely manner.
 We partner with Ship rocket, one of India’s leading logistics aggregators, to ensure a
 seamless delivery experience.


 1. Shipping Locations
 We currently deliver across India. If your location is not serviceable by our delivery
 partners, we will notify you promptly.


 2. Shipping Charges
 Shipping charges are charged according to the region
 Shipping charges are shown during checkout.


 3. Order Processing Time
 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.


 4. Delivery Time
 Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
 Other Regions: 4–7 business days
 Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather   or courier delays.


 5. Tracking Your Order
 Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track   your order directly through the Track your Order page on our website tracking portal using your tracking ID.


 6. Delivery Attempts
 If the delivery partner is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they will   make up to 2 more attempts. If the delivery still fails, the order will be returned to us.


 7. Damaged or Lost Packages
 In rare cases where a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will offer replacement   or full refund based on the situation. Please contact our support team within 48 hours   of receiving a damaged item.


 8. Incorrect Address
 Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not
 responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
