Return & Refund Policy

At Lavelle Premium Spices, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, returns and refunds are limited to specific cases as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Returns will only be considered in the following cases:

Product received is damaged during transit

Incorrect product delivered

Product is expired at the time of delivery

Item missing from the order (with unboxing proof)

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible.

2. Proof Requirement

To process your return or refund request, please email us at wecare@lavellespices.com and include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Images of the original packaging and product label
  • Please note that failure to provide adequate proof may result in the rejection of your request.

3. Condition of Returned Product

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

Product must be unused and unopened

Original packaging must be intact

Product must not be tampered with

Opened or partially used food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used food products

Change of mind

Personal taste or preference

Orders placed by mistake

Sale items or promotional items

Gift cards

5. Resolution

Upon verification, Lavelle Premium Spices may, at its sole discretion:

Issue a replacement, OR

Process a full or partial refund

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will bear the shipping costs.

If the issue does not qualify under eligible cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. Right to Refuse

Lavelle Premium Spices reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
